Ramona is a 22 year resident of Kings Beach and loves her community. Over the years she has volunteered for several organizations such as Relay for Life for American Cancer Society, Nevada Government Finance Officer’s Association, Quest Board, and most recently joining the Board of Directors for Tahoe Womens Services. However her number one passion is for the Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe which she has been involved with almost since the beginning which she services in the capacity of Treasurer. She currently is the Director of Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology for Incline Village General Improvement District
Alan Castator Vice President
Alan, the 2nd oldest person on the Board, is happy to receive his monthly social security payment. His favorite activity in retirement is tutoring children at the Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe.
Andy Levy Treasurer
Andy has served on the Board of Directors for a number of years and truly understands the importance of the Club as his son Jake is a member.
John Hassenplug Director
John is a 35 year resident of Lake Tahoe and the former General Manager of the North Tahoe PUD. Aside from serving on the Board at the BGCNLT, he is the Chairperson of the Tahoe Truckee Community Scholarship committee and a member of the North Tahoe Business Association.
Debi Moore Secretary
Debi came to Tahoe to ski 35 years ago and never left. She raised her two daughters in Tahoe City and now lives in Incline Village. She retired in June of 2008 after 24 years working for Placer County in the Tahoe Justice Court and Sheriff’s Department. She has been involved with the BGCNLT since “the beginning” - serving several terms as Secretary of the Board. She looks forward to seeing continued growth of the Club and more positive effects on the kids who are members.
Gayle Blair Director
Gayle has been a resident of Tahoe for 25 years and is an Owner/Broker of the Tahoe Real Estate Group. She has been married for 40 years, is the mother of 2 sons and the grandmother of a boy and a girl. She has served on the BGCNLT Board of Directors since 2001.
Katie Tyler Director
Katie is a Realtor with Tahoe Mountain Resorts Real Estate. She and her husband love the people, lifestyle, and activities in the Tahoe area. Katie feels that the presence of The Boys and Girls Club in our community is essential to helping parents in the workforce and a place where kids can really obtain lifelong benefits from the programs provided.
Dan Flores Director
Dan Flores is a 26 year resident of Lake Tahoe. He served as a Probation Officer for 9 years in LA county and 20 here in Placer county. He is a Boys and Girls Club Alumni of the Pasadena Club and has a lifelong dedication to youth via volunteering, coaching, mentoring, teaching, chaperoning and counseling. Dan feels that the BGCNLT is an outstanding resource for our community and is 100% committed to helping in it's continued success.

Kay Williams is the Resort Manager at Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge in Tahoe City.
John Neary Director
Recently retired from a 34-year career as a high school teacher, coach, and administrator, including seven years at North Tahoe High School and Middle School, John and his wife of 41 years, Pat, reside in Tahoe City with their two rescued greyhounds. John now serves as the Principal of Truckee High School. Always involved with kids, he looks forward to expanding his role in the community with the BGCNLT.

Steve Jennings comes to our board after serving 15 years on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley. He passionately believes in the mission of Boys and Girls Clubs and one of the first things he did upon moving to our area was to inquire about serving the Boys and Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe
Betsy Dobbins Director
Betsy Dobbins works for Placer County Children's System of Care and has lived in the North Lake Tahoe community for around 6 years. Betsy wishes that she could be a member of the Boys and Girls Club but has settled for being on the Board.
Ron Verstappen Director
Ron Verstappen is a 15-year resident of North Lake Tahoe and a retired software entrepreneur with hopes to contribute some new ideas to the club. Ron believes that community support of the Boys & Girls Club program helps not just the kids but the community as a whole. Kids have a safe, fun and positive way to build a solid foundation as they progress toward adulthood. The entire community can be proud of their kids' successes, and the community is safer overall. Everyone is a winner with the Boys & Girls Club in our community.
